I’ve produced and edited a wide range of videos tied to major live events, helping capture the energy and highlights of Deadline’s biggest franchises. For Sound & Screen and Contenders, I crafted sizzle reels, panel recaps, and promotional content that showcased the talent, music, and conversation at each event. At the Sundance and Cannes Film Festival, I edited quick-turnaround interviews and red carpet moments, helping bring the immediacy of the festivals to Deadline’s audience in real time. My role often involved shaping the tone and pacing of these pieces to match the spirit of the event. Working with tight timelines, and high profile talent, I focused on delivering polished, engaging content that helped elevate Deadline’s event coverage and digital storytelling.
I helped launch Deadline’s first Sound & Screen during the pandemic, producing both video content and assisting with event logistics. In the years that followed, I continued to lead video production for the annual series, creating performance spotlights, sizzle reels, and interview cuts that captured the spirit of each event. My work focused on elevating the emotional and cinematic elements of the content while meeting the fast turnarounds required for digital distribution.
Over my time at Deadline, I produced video content for more than 20 Contenders events across LA, NY and London. These included capturing and editing panel highlights, show openers, and recap reels that showcased top awards-season contenders and talent, helping establish Contenders as a cornerstone of Deadline’s events coverage.
Across seven Sundance Film Festivals, I produced over 500 videos for Deadline, including red carpet coverage, talent interviews, and live New Hollywood Podcast tapings. Working on-site in Park City, I helped capture and package key moments for fast release, shaping content that reflected the energy and discovery-focused nature of Sundance while meeting tight festival deadlines.
For seven Cannes Film Festivals, I produced more than 200 videos covering behind the scenes moments, live interviews, and industry panels. From daily highlights to deep-dive conversations with talent and filmmakers, I shaped content that brought Cannes’ unique prestige and international energy to Deadline’s audience, all while maintaining fast turnarounds and editorial polish.
